Dear Sir,
I am very confused. If Train is such a good product — and I beleive it is –
why is your company ashamed to give me a phone no. or at least an email address so I can contact you? I don’t want money amounts or anything like that. All I want is information on REBATES AND POSSIBLE
FINANCING. I now have a Trane A C – that works fine but want a Trane
heat pump an furnace but need to talk to one of your reps.I am not
“married to Train” but would like to stay with you but if you are not
man enough to give me an email adress, I’ll go someplace else.

Purchased a entire Trane set-up, XC95m Furnance, Tran Clean ffects Aircleaner, Trane Humidifier and Trane X16i A/C. Replaced a Carrier set-up that went bad in 8 years and was nothing but a pain. The difference is amazing, I barely hear it running, gas bill has gone down over 30% and the unit is made like a tank. The temperture swings are none existent, about 1.5 degrees. I had some cold spots in the house in some upper bedrooms which soemhow this system removed. Its expensive, dropped $11,000 which was hard to do, but we prcied other options and a new carrier set-up was the same price and some other lesser known brands were only about $1,500 cheaper. I would make sure you get the best installer you can, its makes all the difference. Make sure they do a load analysis on your house, they found our return ducts too small for the A/C we had and the furnance BTU’s too small for the size of house. We paid the price of javing a poor instaler the last time.

My trane xr95 keeps blinking 6 flashing lights. heater blower motor runs but will not ignite if I turn power off for a while turn it back on it resets and works for a little while then shuts heat off and blower runs cold air again and 6 flashing lights
